1. Acceptance

By accessing FlagLite (“Service”) you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 + and able to contract under Korean law.

3. Account & API Keys

• Safeguard credentials; you’re liable for misuse.
• Report unauthorized use immediately.

4. Plans, Billing & Refunds

• Pre-paid monthly / annual via Polar (USD).
• 7-day payment grace; then suspension or read-only.
• Full refund if cancelled within 7 days and ≤10 % quota used.

5. Usage Limits

Exceeding quotas may trigger overage fees, rate-limits, or required plan upgrade.

6. Acceptable Use

No illegal, abusive, or life-critical control systems.

7. Intellectual Property

FlagLite retains all IP. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service.

8. Termination

Cancel anytime; data kept 30 days for export then deleted.

9. Disclaimer

Service provided “as is”; no implied warranties, as far as Korean law allows.

10. Liability Cap

Aggregate liability ≤ fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify FlagLite from claims arising out of unlawful use.

12. Force Majeure

No liability for events beyond reasonable control.

13. Governing Law & Venue

Republic of Korea law; Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction.

14. Changes

14-day e-mail / in-app notice; continued use = acceptance.
